Regarded by many as one of the greatest links courses in the Southern Hemisphere, Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club is a world-renowned layout on the undulating dune land of the Kāpiti Coast.

Host to 12 New Zealand opens and golf royalty Sir Bob Charles, Tiger Woods and Michael Campbell, the challenging course has long been regarded as the spiritual home of New Zealand Golf.

The course that tamed the Tiger in 2002, this memorable course is links golf at its purest. Green fee players are welcome to contact the club to make a tee booking before play.


Kāpiti Golf Club

Kāpiti Golf Club is a 9 hole course, with 2 tee-offs to give you a front 9 or back 9 option or 18 holes. Located just east of the Paraparaumu township, set in a picturesque valley, it offers a short, challenging course that is ideal for beginners through to the more experienced golfer.


Waikanae Golf Club

Waikanae Golf Club is an 18 hole course that warmly welcomes both casual players and new members. A beautiful course that is enjoyable to play but still offers plenty of challenge for the keen golfer.

Host to several National events including qualifying for the New Zealand Open, the National Women's Stroke play and the National Women's Under 19 Championships.

The clubhouse is the ideal location to relax after a round, with a great selection of refreshing drinks and delicious food.


Ōtaki Golf Club

Situated only a few minutes from the main State Highway 1, the Ōtaki Golf Club is a welcoming course with greens that seldom disappoint event the most passionate of golfers.

Established in 1901, the 18 hole links type course is easy walking with only slightly undulating fairways.

Open 7 days a week, the club welcomes new members as well as casual players wanting to pay for one of the most affordable rounds of golf on the Coast.
